Rebate

Get a rebate of up to $2,000 at close of escrow.

Seller's rebate is limited to the following terms and conditions:

• Seller's must use Joshua Casper as their listing agent with no co-listing agent(s).

• Seller's must agree to full marketing their property (flyers, sign, advertising).

• Seller's rebate applies to commissions of 4% or more with no other credits being give by the listing agent.

• Properties must sell (close escrow) within 60 days of the first day on the market.

Buyer's may obtain a rebate of up to $2,000 if the following terms and conditions are met:

• The cooperating broker commission is 2.5% or higher

• The value of the property is $700,000 or higher

• The close of escrow is within 45 days

• The buyers agent is not providing any other credits in escrow, including credits for Home Warranty Coverage.
